Basirah Designs ("Basirah Designs," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and how you can contact us about your information.
Basirah Designs provides website design, development, and related services to businesses and organizations. This Policy applies to information collected through basirahdesigns.com, our onboarding and project forms, contact forms, and communications with us.

Clients should avoid submitting passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary project forms unless Basirah Designs has specifically provided an appropriate secure method and agreed to handle that information.
Basirah Designs may build, host, maintain, or otherwise work on websites for clients.
A client website may collect information directly from its own visitors, customers, employees, or users.

At this time, Basirah Designs does not use a fully automated deletion schedule for all client and project information.
For example, information associated with a completed project may remain in our systems after a subscription or project ends unless it is deleted through our normal processes or in response to an appropriate deletion request.
Cancellation of a subscription does not necessarily mean that all project or business information is immediately deleted.
Some information may also remain temporarily in backups or systems operated by third-party providers.
When deletion is appropriate, we may delete information from active systems, subject to legal requirements, legitimate business needs, backup limitations, and information that must be retained to maintain appropriate records.
