Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Basirah Designs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Basirah Designs provides custom website design and development services. The Standard Plan is a single monthly subscription at $299 per month that covers the custom design and development of your website plus ongoing hosting, security, bug fixes, and maintenance. It is billed automatically each month until cancelled.

Accounts & Authentication

To purchase services or submit a project application, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and submitting project details.

Standard Plan — Fees & Payment

The Standard Plan is a single monthly subscription at $299 USD per month. It covers the custom design and development of your website, plus ongoing hosting, security, bug fixes, and requested updates. It is billed automatically each month until cancelled.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the monthly fee to your payment method through Stripe until you cancel.

Project Timeline & Client Cooperation

Timely completion of your website depends on your prompt delivery of required materials — including onboarding details, logos, photos, content, and feedback. Significant delays in providing these may extend your project timeline. We will communicate expected timelines and revisions during the project.

Revisions & Approval

Your subscription includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed during onboarding. Additional revisions, major scope changes, or pages beyond the agreed count may incur additional fees. You are responsible for reviewing and approving work at each stage of the process.

Subscription Management & Cancellation

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund fees already charged for the current billing period. When you cancel, your website is taken offline and remains offline until your subscription is reinstated and payment resumes. Extended cancellation risks permanent deletion of your website — because the website is owned and managed by Basirah Designs, you cannot republish or take it online yourself. Refunds are only available during the design phase of your project — if you are unhappy with your website or unable to proceed through the design phase, you may request a refund of payments made during that phase. Once the design phase is complete, all payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

Basirah Designs retains full ownership of the website design, code, and all related materials. While your subscription remains active, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the completed website for your business. Because your website requires professional management — including updates, content changes, and technical maintenance — it is maintained exclusively by our team as part of your subscription, rather than transferred to you for self-management. We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Client Content & Responsibility

You are responsible for all content, images, and materials you provide to us for use in your website. You affirm that you have the right to use any content you supply, and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party. We are not liable for content supplied by clients.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Basirah Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of our website or services.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services — including Stripe for payment processing and Google for authentication — to operate our business. We are not responsible for the practices or failures of these third parties, and their respective terms govern your use of their services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to us or other users. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and content responsibility survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
